Reid H. Harbin
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Harbin joined the law firm of Welden and Harbin, L.L.P as an associate. There he specialized in closing HUD-insured multifamily real estate loans. Mr. Harbin’s practice experience also extends to representing commercial landlords in lease negotiations, as well as, representing developers in the purchase and sale of apartments and in financing transactions. However, Mr. Harbin’s law practice is primarily concentrated in the area of commercial lending, including but not limited to, the representation of lenders in Small Business, Rural Development, HUD-insured, conventional and construction loan transactions. Mr. Harbin worked with the law firms of Lawson, Davis , Pickren & Seydel, L.L.P. and Morris, Manning & Martin, L.L.P. prior to joining Sturgeon, Harbin & Bowen, LLC. In December of 2001, Mr. Harbin partnered with Mr. Sturgeon and Mr. Bowen to form Sturgeon, Harbin & Bowen, LLC, where he has continued his practice in commercial lending. The firm subsequently changed names to Sturgeon & Harbin, LLC in March of 2005. Mr. Harbin and Ms. Miller formed Harbin & Miller, LLC in February of 2009. Mr. Harbin, his wife Tammy and their three children live in the Dunwoody area of Atlanta .

Jennifer M. Miller
Ms. Miller was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity at the University of South Carolina. She joined Sturgeon & Harbin, LLC in October of 2005. Ms. Miller partnered with Mr. Harbin to form Harbin & Miller, LLC in February of 2009. Her practice involves SBA government guaranteed, Rural Development and conventional lending. Ms. Miller is a 504 designated attorney in Georgia.
